I had to get my aux port replaced. And anyone I encountered i was very friendly, and explained everything perfectly. It took awhile for the part to come in but they did great and even replaced my right passenger speaker

I would not recommend this shop for headliner replacement. After the initial work, I expressed that I wasn’t happy with the quality and after sending pictures I was told I could bring the car back to have it corrected. Unfortunately, when I picked it up the second time, the headliner was in the same condition, with no noticeable improvements. There was also no one available to discuss the issue at pickup, which made the experience even more frustrating. I understand that not every job will be perfect, but I had hoped for better attention to detail and some effort to make things right. Instead, I was told I shouldn’t expect “showroom condition,” which felt dismissive, and that the “board got messed up due to the factory glue,” which was essentially an admission of fault, but no effort was made to correct it. I would recommend looking for a shop that takes more care in their work and stands behind the quality of their repairs.

Professional, great service, accommodating. Fixed my 2008 Smartfortwo cabriolet top when no one else on the East Coast would touch the vehicle for this issue. They was so flexible and understanding when UPS totally mismanaged and delayed the delivery of the ordered parts for over a month. They worked with me to resolve all the issues with the delivery(including getting billed on their account by UPS for import fees which were already paid for weeks earlier). I appreciated their patience and professionalism during the entire ordeal. They did excellent work repairing the convertible roof and charged far less than a Mercedes dealership for comparable(or lesser quality) repair work. I highly recommend their business based on my experience with them.

Terrible work. Scheduled to drop my front & rear bench seats off, 2 weeks later as scheduled i dropped them off and was told it would be 2-3 weeks later. I provided the houndstooth cloth and told them to match the vinyl to the teal GREEN. 3 MONTHS later they called saying the seats were done. They used neon blue vinyl. TWO months later they gave me the seats back. The panels don't line up. There's a good inch difference from one side to the other. Waste of time & money!
